ALB launched to 41ft Cruiser broken down with fuel problems, approx 3/4 of a mile SE of No 2 buoy, 5 miles from station, 2 persons onboard, casualty towed to the safety of Queenborough hbr. 1640 - 1830. SE 2.

Launched to 26ft Cruiser broken down with fuel problem in middle of shipping lane nr No 4 Sea Reach,4 miles from station, 2 persons onboard, casualty towed to the safety of Queenborough hbr. 1829 - 2013. SW 2.

ALB launched to report of fishing vessel making water & broken down off Minster with 2 persons onboard. 3 miles from station, ALB located 14ft open boat with outboard failure, towed to Sheerness Lower Camber basin. 1345 - 1445. NW 2/3.

ALB launched to 26ft cruiser out of petrol with 6 persons onboard, 5 miles from station, anchored off Yantlet Flats. Casualty taken in tow and towed in to Sheerness, where crew obtained fuel for craft, so it could resume passage to Chatham. 1855 - 2100. SW 3/4.

ILB launched to report of sailing craft in trouble off Sun Pier, Chatham. 11 miles from station, ILB checked all craft in area, local sailing club dinghies and rescue boats checked, all ok. False alarm with good intent. 1200 - 1331. NW 2/3.

ALB launched to 48ft Sunseeker Cruiser out of fuel just NE of Spile buoy, 10 miles from station, 4 persons onboard. Casualty was towed into the safety of Queenborough Hbr. 1824 - 2110. SE 2/3.

ILB launched to single handed 24ft Yacht aground on Grain Spit, 1/2 mile from station, ILB checked craft who was hard aground and placed out anchor, owner happy to remain onboard until next tide. 0817 - 0857. NW 2/3.

ILB launched to keep watchful eye on Yacht from previous incident whilst refloating,1/2 mile from station, ILB assisted to raise anchor and escort Yacht into main channel where the owner was happy to proceed unaided back to moorings. 1356 - 1530. NW 3.

ILB launched to Kite Surfer reported in trouble off Minster, 2 miles from station, upon arrival, casualty had been assisted ashore. 1559 - 1635. NW 3.

ILB launched to 26ft Motorboat with machinery failure anchored in Kethole Reach, 4 miles from station, Rvr Medway, 2 persons onboard, casualty towed into Stoke Creek and placed on mooring and persons landed ashore. 1317 - 1451. NNW 4.

ALB launched to 40ft Steel Cruiser with complete steering failure, pos'n South of the Kentish Flats windfarm, 10 miles from station, 4 persons onboard, ALB took the casualty in tow and towed it to a safe berth in Queenborough Hbr. 1135 - 1430. NW 4.

ALB launched to 46ft Fishing vessel broken down and drifting with fuel problem near Blacktail Beacons, 8 miles from Sheerness, 3 persons onboard, upon ALB arrival, casualty had regained power, but soon after lost engine power, casualty was taken in tow and towed to the Leigh Ray at Southend. 1846 - 2147. SW 5.

ILB launched to incident being dealt with by Kent Police at Hoo, Rvr Medway, 8 miles from station, ILB was released & returned to station. 2340 - 0122. Wstly 4/5.

ALB launched to 25ft Yacht with overheating problems at South Shoebury buoy, 6 miles from station, 2 persons onboard, casualty was taken in tow and towed to safety of Queenborough hbr. 2040 - 2322. NE 1.

ALB launched to report of Red Flares near Red Sand towers, ALB searched from Red Sand Towers to SW Barrow buoy and back to Shoebury Boom, nothing sighted, flares possibly orignated further to the North over river Roach. 2335 - 0145. NE1.

 ALB crew paged at 1825 to 36ft Powerboat  with power failure, ALB stood down before launch, casualty assisted by passing craft.

ILB launched to 21ft Powerboat with broken stern drive anchored off ThamesPort, Rvr Medway, 2 persons onboard. Casualty towed to Gillingham Marina. 1455 - 1715. Sthly 2.

ALB launched to 10 mtr Motor Sailer with flat battery off Montgomery Wreck, casualty located under sail off Garrison point and towed to Queenborough hbr, with 3 persons onboard. 1221 - 1327. SW 2.

ILB launched to report of three persons being blown out to sea in small inflatable off Minster, ILB stood down, casualties safe ashore. 1642 - 1702. SW 2.

ILB launched to 15ft Dayboat with Outboard failure in Little Nore anchorage, 8 cables from station, 3 persons onboard, casualty towed to Lower Camber, Sheerness . 1801 - 1840. Estly 3. Poor visibility.

 ALB launched to 18ft Dayboat unsure of their position, but believed in Barrow Deep Channel, some 20 miles from station, casualty located in Barrow Deep by Radar and D/F with 2 persons onboard, escorted to No 5 Barrow Deep, where it was handed over to Police Launch for return to Burnham. 1906 - 2300. Estly 3. Poor visibility.

ALB launched to 30ft Gaff Sloop disabled with fuel blockage and becalmed near SW Swin Buoy, 12.5 mls from station, 2 persons onboard, casualty located and towed into Queenborough Harbour. 1158 - 1512. Estly 1.

ALB launched to 21ft Yacht with problem outboard just North of grain Edge buoy, 1 mile from station, 2 persons onboard, casualty towed to safe berth in Lower Camber, Sheerness. 2336 - 0030. NW 3/4.

ALB launched to 37ft Cruiser unsure of position, on passage from Brighton to Chatham, 2 persons onboard, casualty located 2 miles from station off Delta Beacon, casualty escorted to safety of Queenborough Harbour. 1850 -2020. Var 1/2.visibility poor.

ALB launched to carry out search for possible missing persons off Southend Pier following fire on pier, carried out search with Rescue 125, Gravesend L/B, PLA launch & MFV, search terminated when it was confirmed that all persons were accounted for. 0007 - 0209. Sthly 1/2.

ALB launched to assist Essex Fire service in dampening down fire hotspots on Southend pier, two Fire officers embarked and assisted where required. Task completed at 1615. 1345 - 1700. Sthly 2/3.

ILB and ALB launched to medivac injured person with severe knee injury from Sail Training Yacht in Sheerness Harbour, casualty stretchered ashore to Ambulance. ILB/ALB 1840 - 1941. NE 3.

 ILB launched to Sailboarder reported in trouble off Minster Leas, ILB stood down shortly after, casualty made shore safely. 1337 - 1349. NE 3/4.

ILB paged to report of 30ft Yacht in trouble off Kingsnorth Jetty at 1905, ILB was stood down at 1907, casualty made it safely to marina. SW 3.

ILB launched to 14ft Dayboat in difficulties 1 mile East of Garrison Point off Sheerness seafront, 2 persons onboard, casualty located close inshore and aground, 2 ILB crew assisted the occupants ashore to the safety of CG Mobile, craft secured. 1605 - 1712. NE 2.

ALB launched to report of 50ft Cruiser aground with 2 persons onboard, some 6/7 miles from station in Rvr Medway, casualty located high and dry off Saltings near Horrid Hill, crew would have to wait for next HW. 1549 - 1703. SSE 5/6.

ALB and ILB both launched to provide safety for 50ft Cruiser aground off Horrid Hill, Rvr Medway some 6 miles from station. Casualty refloated and was escorted to Gillingham marina by ALB, whilst ILB returned to station. 2200 - 0045. SSE 5.

ILB launched to Wildfowler stuck in mud at Coalmouth Creek, River Medway. Rescue 125, Fire & Rescue, Cg proceeding, ILB arrived on scene and located casualty, two crewmembers freed casualty from the mud and landed him ashore to CG and Ambulance, suffering from shock and mild hypothermia.  1215 - 1350.
